Act60Ready
The Act60Ready portal · for CPA & law firms

Every client's decree, one book.

Portal clients dashboard — every client's filings, presence pacing, and deadlines at a glance

The whole book, ranked by risk

Every client's presence count against 183, filing status, and evidence gaps in one view — sorted so the clients who need attention surface first, not the ones who happen to call.

Progress at a glance

Deadlines you can see coming

Annual reports, decree fees, and filing dates for the whole book on one calendar, with per-client countdowns — visible only where the client has granted it. Nothing surprises you in March.

Every clock, every client
The vault

Documents that collect themselves.

Portal document requests — requested files arrive from the client's app already classified

Request once, filed forever

Ask for a document and the request lands in the client's app. They photograph or upload it there; it arrives in their vault classified and visible to your firm — no email attachments, no chasing, no renaming files.

Client-side ingest

The vault does the intake

Uploads auto-classify into the categories the closer-connection test weighs, gaps get flagged per client, and the audit binder assembles itself while your staff watches status instead of collecting paper.

Frequently asked questions

Who is the Act60Ready Portal for?
CPA firms, law practices, family offices, and relocation services that manage multiple Act 60 clients. The consumer app is for the individual applicant; the portal is for the firm asking whether its clients need attention.
Can our firm see a client’s full presence history and documents?
Only when the client grants the relevant visibility scope. Affiliation with your organization is separate from data access. Coarse compliance status, document inventory, file contents, and day-level presence each require their own consent — paying for a client’s subscription never unlocks their data by itself.
Does the portal file with DDEC or give legal advice?
No. Act60Ready is self-service document preparation and status oversight software. The portal surfaces recorded facts and published Act 60 requirements so your team can manage the book of business. It does not file on behalf of clients or provide legal or tax advice.
How do we get started?
Request a demo with the form on this page. We walk firms through the portal personally, then create your organization, invite owners and staff, and help connect clients who already use the Act60Ready app.
Do our clients need to use the Act60Ready app?
Yes. The portal reads what clients record in their own Act60Ready accounts — it has no data of its own. Clients who haven't connected appear only as pending invitations.
What can the portal never do?
It never grants your firm access a client hasn't given, never files on a client's behalf, and never renders legal conclusions — it shows recorded facts and published requirements, nothing more.
